Its all about reducing cell oxidation, mind and body connection. Genetics plays the biggest role.

I wanna live to be old but I wanna feel comfortable being old. I wouldnt wanna be 93 years old in a wheel chair on oxygen. taking 7 different prescriptions a day. Is it really worth it ?death is inevitable do all this stuff just to allow you to live 6 months longer? to some 6 months may be alot but 6 months to me is nothing i would know that my life was fun but now its gotta end.

Aging is reversible. It's a process. It's not just wear and tear, it's a biological process. If it was just wear and tear on cells, then mice would live as long as people. They have almost the same cells we do.There is more research into aging going on every year than occurred in all of history before 2000. Little breakthroughs are occuring here and there. We are going to reverse it soon. We're not talking 10 extra years here, it could easily be hundreds of years of extra healthy young life.

I don't think it's a good idea to live to 120 + yrs. Unless we have the physical to match the longevity, then it's useless.
