it just meens you have to incorperate more omega 3 (walnut, flaxseed, chia, etc.) into your diet than fish eaters.3. Might want to mention something about rancidity, I wouldnt cook with something like flaxseed since polyunsaturated fats go rancid relatively easily...4. There is some controversy about the phyto-estrogens in soy. Regardless of your views on this, just remember flaxseed has over 3 times the phyto-estrogen per gram as soy.

I agree with most of what you said, but...1. You don't need more omega 3 to omega 6... Scientifically the cells are supposed to run best on a 1:1 ratio, its just that most Americans consume way more omega 6 than they do omega 32. You may want to mention (back to the flaxseed vs cod) that the ala omega 3's predominate in plants can only be partially converted to omega 3's usable by humans (maybe 10-20%?) where as fish oil is almost all usable by humans. To vegans reading this, don't worry...

yes i do. and i eat the organic kids cereal, like envirokidz panda puffs and i also eat natures path organic flax omega 6 cereal.
